Digital Consulting

Digital Consulting, without the full-time hire.

I work with your team for a set number of days a month, on a contract. What I learn about your business carries into every month that follows.

When Digital Consulting fits

For teams that need senior digital input, and past build clients who want more.

01

Decisions escalate to people who don’t have time for them

Nobody internally has the depth to judge a proposal, push back on an agency, or weigh up a decision that crosses teams.

02

Multiple vendors working in parallel with no shared context

Several agencies produce work against different assumptions, and the gaps go unnoticed until they become problems.

03

You need senior digital work a few days a month

You need senior input every month. A full-time hire is more than the work needs, and one-off projects lose continuity.

A set number of days a month, across six areas.

We agree the terms on a call. The work covers digital strategy, web design, product management, SEO and AI search, user experience design, and AI automation. Most digital problems cross more than one of these, so I follow the work across all six.

What a month looks like
Review

Checking agency work, weighing vendor proposals, or questioning a roadmap.

Hands-on

Documenting a process, working through a technical audit with the team, or writing a brief.

Advise

Calls with your team to set priorities, brief vendors, and teach the method.

None of it needs a re-briefing. When it ends, on the terms in the contract, your team keeps the work.

What your team gets

Continuity, senior judgement, and one person who knows the whole picture and works with your team.

01No re-briefing

Work starts where the last month ended, so your team spends its time on decisions.

02Checked before you commit

I review proposals, deliverables, and platform decisions before you commit to them.

03A more capable team

I teach your team and document the work as I go, so they can carry it on.

Three months. That gives enough time to learn the business, the team, and the decisions in play. We agree the term on a call. At the end of each term, we review the work and decide to renew or stop. A longer term lowers the monthly rate.

Two days a month at minimum, from RM 4,000 a month on a three-month term. We agree the number of days at the start, based on what the work needs. I take a small number of clients at a time, so the days we agree are kept for you.

The work starts with the Diagnose step, which takes one week to one month, depending on the scope. I write a prioritised list of what is broken, why, and what to fix first. Then we agree the plan for the rest of the term.

Yes. The contract is with Unsurmeta Media, my registered practice, so your procurement team deals with a registered business. I work remotely by default, and we agree any on-site days on the call.

The days set the limit, for any type of work. Each month has an agreed number of days, and we set priorities within them. Larger pieces take more than one month, and the three-month minimum gives them time to finish.

We agree who I work with and who I report to as part of the scope. Each month, I work with your team and vendors on the agreed priorities.

When you need something built, Unsurmeta ↗ builds it.
